I consider myself as a big fan of having Instant noodle, as part of my meal, yet it raises a contradicting issue in my family. Yep, healthy concern it is, the primary reason why my Mom doesn’t fancy it unless it is an “emergency” situation. What do you say? Now, I am about to share a breakthrough product to overcome our worry these days.
So, in Sunday 29 May 2016, I was invited to attend 3rd anniversary of NET TV in NET3.0 Indonesia Choice Award 2016. Also, in the same venue, there was the Grande Moment of Bakmi Mewah where the product is officially launched to all media partners and public. I have been very aware to the presence of Bakmi Mewah for quite sometimes as everyone has been talking about real toppings they have. Too many noises for this actually, made me ignorance to this issue, until yesterday I got to understand the product knowledge in details.
The event was located in Sentul International Convention Center, which is so farrrrr away from my house. I was quite surprise as I was informed about the venue, however, I drove down there anyway since I am aware NET TV always be outstanding when it comes to an event. I recognized Bakmi Mewah as part of NET3.0’ sponsors as they had a special Bakmi Mewah Lounge where the Grande Moment took place.
The decoration was bizarre, looks Mewah resemblance to their brand Bakmi Mewah.
The event was opened by Bakmi Mewah Brand Ambassador’s Indy Barends, which acted as the MC. She never fails to entertain the audience, since I was childhood-living.
Another performance by Indonesia’s famous Diva, Ruth Sahanaya, pampered us with her eargasm voice. Bring back my childhood memories guys. (I am not that old yeh, its just her song was a boom during my childhood #selfdefense).
After the beautiful performance by @mamauthe, they performed a short drama musical where it introduced the Bakmi Mewah as modern lifestyle solution of public. Chef Billy Kalangi and also Chef Aiko Sarwosri were also on the stage to affirm how Bakmi Mewah becomes an innovative instant noodle in the market.
Billy Kalangi, as a well-known chef in Indonesia, acknowledges the noodle’s quality of Bakmi Mewah as the balance proportion of flour and egg yields its springy texture. It also delivers unique aroma during cooking process. The topping comes with Chicken and Mushroom, where the chicken was delivered in perfect dices ala Restaurant way. Both the chickens and mushrooms are cooked with particular seasoning so that it gives perfect blend to the overall Bakmi Mewah without adding additional artificial seasonings. Not forget to mention, chicken breast is chosen as it contains low-fat and blend-easy with all the seasonings.
Chef Aiko, also complemented Chef Billy’s statement, where Bakmi Mewah is a solution where you are craving for delicious bowl of Noodle in restaurant, you get everything done instantly at your home. The presence of vegetable and fish oil inside the box enriches the taste of Bakmi Mewah. Making it very simple, distinctive and satisfying, indeed. Apart from the taste, the packaging offer your premium feel. Thus, it is a complete package to deliver to public.
They also showed us how to cook Bakmi Mewah in a demo session. Pre-heat the water up to 120’C and start boiling the noodle within 2 minutes time.
Well, I was just wondering, for the past minutes staring at them doing demo show, how the actual product tastes like. ANDDD…… Here comes the moment when we got to try ourselves Bakmi Mewah, should I agree what they have been stating previously.
The initial look, as soon as the bowl was served, it looks yum! Feel like Eating Noodle ala Restaurant. The noodle texture is springy which I like it. The toppings (the real chicken meat and mushrooms) are also savory and tasty. It is not over-salty with the noodle, well-blend like a noodle we usually have in Restaurant or Noodle shop. Looking back the usual Instant Noodle, we only have noodle with seasonings without any toppings on it. The game is changing guys! No more hassles to prepare toppings for your Instant Noodle as Bakmi Mewah serves you what you need.
A bowl of Bakmi Mewah, seems fine for me. Not too full but not less either. For me, it’s a satisfaction over a bowl of Noodle within seconds. Fast, instant, rich of flavor, and yet healthy to consume as they don’t contain preservative and MSG.
Post this event, we proceeded ourselves to the main hall of SICC to enjoy NET3.0 #IndonesiaLebihKece in the VVIP seats. Highlight of the night, Jessie J performance was flawless. She rocked the night, in my opinion.
