Calming wooden ambient of Rayjin’s exterior is just simply pleasing my eyes. I personally think they made a perfect setup of the brand towards the positioning.
Having known as one of the best serving Teppanyaki in Bali, my friend Carol brought me here for lunch.
Rayjin serves fushion Japanese cuisine adapting to Western and Local taste. Unlike the other Teppanyaki who performs attraction, Rayjin is more into classis Teppanyaki cooking focuses in quality and presentation. Warm and friendly interaction between team and guests adds extra value for me as it maintains good atmosphere during your visit to increase the chance of returning back some other time.
Did I mention they preserve food quality and presentations?
Yes, all teams are working cooperatively and they know what their on duty before handing over the perfect meal to the customers.
Out of those mouth-watering list of meal, I chose Pork Belly Syogayaki, simply because I couldnt resist the temptation of word ‘Pork’ passing thru my vision. It didnt take long time before my Pork Syogayaki served in front of me. Taste wise, the pork belly is soft, chewy and rich in flavor. I feel like not to tell you how good it is and dare you to try yourself. I guarantee it wo’t give you disappointment.
Last before we departed, I heard that Rayjin will be opening soon in Jakarta. Surely anticipate the arrival of Rayjin in Jakarta very soon.
See you soon in Jakarta, Rayjin!
